POD 5 or 7???

Oh, this is SO confusing. So, I had the positive OPT 7 days ago (Day 15). Supposedly, the tests (LH surge) predicts ovulation within 24.48 hours. So, did I ovulate on day 15,16, or 17? If I actually had anyone following this blog, I would take a poll.

I did have fertile CM on days 15, 16, and kindof on 17. So, my bet would be on day 16. I had ovulation pain the evening of day 15 and the morning of day 16. My temp went up 0.1 of a degree on both day 16 and day 17. On day 18, it went up 0.5 degrees. So, it could've been day 17. Argh!!

Nonetheless, this is cycle day 22. I got a progesterone level today. I know that I ovulated, but it will be interesting to see what the number is this month.

Here's this month on fertility friend: October 2008

Baby dust!!!!!!

I would suggest counting cd16 as your ovulation day. For me, my temperature always rises the day after O, so I can tell. I would go from a 97 something to a 98 something.

IF is confusing. And it will only get more confusing. But as you delve into the blogger world, it gets more clear and you find people who can support and explain things a whole lot better to you. Don't ever be afraid to call the nurse and ask questions. That's what they are there for.

Good luck!! And welcome to the blogosphere.

Here from Lost & Found. I just wanted to say best of luck with Clomid. It did work for us, there are a bunch of good clomid stories out there.

I always counted my day after the positive pee stick as O day. Not sure why...

I always sucked at the temping and all that stuff. I usually just plugged my numbers into fertility friend and let the program figure it out and tried not to get too frustrated if the program changed my ovulation date to often. Good luck to you, hope the clomid does the trick.
